About the Role:We're on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer who thinks visually, communicates strategically, and designs with intent. You will play a lead role in shaping the creative output for brands across sectorsfrom FMCG and fashion to real estate, tech, and lifestyle. This role demands someone who can take ownership, guide juniors, and consistently deliver high-quality, on-brand design work across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand & Visual Identity- Develop brand identities from scratch (logos, colour palettes, typography, brand guidelines).
- Translate brand strategy into consistent visual language across mediums.
- Create mood boards, brand books, and visual tone documents.
2. Marketing & Campaign Design- Design high-impact marketing collateral for social media, print, outdoor, packaging, websites, and ads.
- Conceptualise and execute full campaign visuals (static + motion in collaboration with motion team).
- Create templates, post grids, and visual systems for long-term brand campaigns.
3. Digital Design- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Display ads.
- Build digital banners, thumbnails, website hero sections, and UI components.
- Work with UI/UX team to design visually rich interfaces that are functional and brand-aligned.
- Offline marketing design and deployment including but not limited to all print media.
4. Packaging & Print- Design packaging for D2C and B2B brands with strong shelf appeal and branding consistency.
- Handle dielines, print-ready files, emboss/deboss, foil, spot UV, and production specs etc
- Coordinate with vendors or printers when needed.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration- Work closely with the team
- Mentor junior designers, guide interns, and review their work.
- Give and receive constructive feedback to maintain high visual standards.
6. File Management & Delivery- Maintain clean, organised working files and folders.
- Prepare final files for web, print, and development with correct resolutions and specs.
- Ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
Must-Have Skills:- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD
- Expertise in design principles: layout, grid systems, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for both digital (social media, web, ads) and physical (packaging, print)
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate briefs into creative direction
- Excellent visual storytelling skills
- Familiarity with social media trends and Gen Z visual language
Bonus Skills (Good to Have):- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices
- Basic video editing/motion graphics using After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or Webflow
- Photography/art direction experience
- Ability to present ideas confidently to clients or internal teams
