Role Overview
We are seeking aSenior Graphic Designerwith strong expertise invisual design, video editing, and motion graphics. This role requires someone who can handle static and dynamic content, support video shoots, and bring stories to life across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute graphic design projects across digital and print media
- Create engaging creatives for social media, website, ads, and marketing campaigns
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, promotions, and brand storytelling
- Develop motion graphics, reels, and video-based creatives
- Handle basic camera operations during in-house shoots (framing, lighting, composition)
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams during video shoots and campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content
- Guide and review work of junior designers and editors
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high creative quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 47 years of experience in graphic design with video editing exposure
- Strong portfolio includingdesign + video work
- Proficiency inAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Hands-on experience withAdobe Premiere Pro(mandatory)
- Working knowledge ofAfter Effectsfor motion graphics
- Good understanding of camera basics, lighting, and composition
- Strong sense of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
