About The Role
Team Pumpkin is looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer to join our Performance Marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels at
data-driven, conversion-focused design and understands how visuals directly impact campaign performance. You will work closely with performance marketers to create high-impact creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and measurable business results across paid and organic channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance-Driven Creative Execution
Conceptualize, design, and execute high-performing creatives for
performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, and other paid channels.
Create conversion-focused assets including ad creatives, landing page visuals, website banners, and emailers.
Translate performance briefs, audience insights, and funnel objectives into compelling visual communication.
- Collaboration with Performance Marketing Teams
Partner closely with
Performance Marketers, Growth Managers, and Media Buyers to align creative strategy with campaign goals and KPIs.
Support full-funnel creative needs awareness, consideration, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
- Brand Consistency & Scalable Design Systems
Ensure brand consistency across all performance creatives while adapting designs for different platforms, formats, and audiences.
Develop reusable templates and design systems to enable rapid creative testing and scalability.
- Creative Testing & Optimization
Design multiple creative variations for
A/B testing to improve CTR, CVR, ROAS, and engagement.
Collaborate with performance teams to analyze creative performance data and iterate designs based on insights.
- Mentorship & Creative Support
Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and performance-focused design guidance.
Help elevate the overall creative quality and efficiency of the performance marketing team.
- Trend Awareness & Innovation
Stay updated on performance marketing trends, ad platform updates, and evolving creative best practices.
Experiment with motion graphics, short-form video, UGC-style creatives, and emerging ad formats.
- Project & Workflow Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign timelines.
Coordinate with copy, media, and account teams to maintain smooth workflows and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing
performance-led design work, paid ad creatives, and campaign-based visuals.
Key Skills & Requirements
34 years of professional experience in graphic design within performance marketing, digital marketing, or advertising environments (agency or brand side).
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD); familiarity with
Figma, Canva, and motion tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of
conversion-focused design principles, visual hierarchy, and platform-specific creative best practices.
Hands-on experience designing for
paid performance channels such as Meta, Google, Amazon, and other advertising platforms.
Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative improvements.
Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
