Who We Are: Osmos, a B2B SaaS company founded by ex-Amazon ad-tech experts, is revolutionizing retail media with an AI-powered operating system that increases retailer profitability (by up to 7% of sales) and delivers superior ROAS for brands. By enabling Tier 1 retailers and marketplaces worldwide to activate more brands and leverage advanced targeting, we help them secure a lasting competitive edge.
Your Impact: We're hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to own the visual expression of the Osmos brand across every surface we put into the world — pitch decks, landing pages, campaign creative, sales collateral, social, event presence, reports, and the brand system itself.
This is a high-ownership, high-volume role. Osmos is growing fast across global markets, and the demands on brand design compound with every new retailer we sign, every category we enter, and every room we walk into. You'll be the person who makes sure Osmos looks like itself — consistent, confident, distinctive — whether the audience is a retail CXO in a boardroom, an analyst reading our category report, or a marketer scrolling LinkedIn.
You won't be a ticket-taker. You'll shape the brand, push the visual bar, partner with PMM, marketing, sales, and leadership, and bring a point of view to every piece of work. If you've been looking for a place where brand design is treated as a real lever — not an afterthought — and where the ambition matches the craft, this is it.
What You'll Do:
- Own and evolve the Osmos visual identity — typography, color, grid, photography direction, illustration, iconography, and motion principles. Keep the brand sharp as the company scales. Maintain and grow the Osmos brand system — templates, component libraries, brand guidelines — turning one-off requests into reusable systems over time
- Design high-stakes sales and marketing collateral — CXO pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, category reports, and sales enablement assets. These are the assets that move deals; they need to be exceptional
- Lead visual design for the website and digital surfaces — landing pages, campaign pages, hero visuals, blog and newsletter graphics. Drive campaign and social creative — paid ad creative, organic social systems, campaign visual identities. Own the look of a launch from brief to final asset, partnering closely with web and marketing teams
- Design for events and physical moments — booth design, conference collateral, signage, swag, printed handouts. High-stakes, low-frequency, and visible — get them right. Create and direct illustration, iconography, and light motion, either hands-on or through creative direction of external illustrators and motion designers
- Set the craft bar and protect the brand. Mentor junior designers, review work, give sharp feedback, and be the senior visual voice people lean on. Partner cross-functionally with PMM, marketing, sales, and leadership — take ambiguous briefs, ask the right questions, and come back with direction that's both on-brand and on-message. Push back when the brand is being used incorrectly; teach stakeholders how to brief well; raise the floor across every surface
You'll Thrive If You Have:
- 5–8 years of graphic/brand design experience, with a portfolio that shows real range — digital, print, deck, and campaign work — and a clear point of view. Generic, template-driven portfolios won't clear the bar. Exceptional visual craft is the whole job: typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and restraint
- Expert-level fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus advanced command of PowerPoint and Keynote for decks. Working knowledge of motion (After Effects, Rive, Jitter, or similar) — you shouldn't be helpless when a campaign needs a 15-second animated ad
- Proven experience owning or substantially evolving a brand system — you understand a brand is a system, not a logo, and can defend your choices with reasoning. Speed without sacrificing quality: senior means high volume at high quality; both are the bar, not either/or. B2B / SaaS in-house experience is a must — the rhythm is different from agency or consumer
- Self-direction: you manage your own queue, push back on unrealistic timelines, and flag risks early without being asked. Strong communication: you can present work, defend decisions, give crisp feedback, and write a clear rationale
- Bonus: illustration ability (even a distinctive sketch style); light front-end literacy (HTML/CSS, Webflow, Framer); photography / art direction experience; presentation design specialization (narrative, info hierarchy, data-viz inside decks); AI-native tooling fluency (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Figma AI, Claude) used as a real speed lever; print production experience (prepress, bleed, color profiles, vendor management); agency pedigree combined with in-house experience; and prior exposure to ad tech, retail media, martech, or e-commerce — shortens ramp significantly
