Talasha has been mandated to hire a Senior Graphic Designer for a multidisciplinary design studio based in India, with offices in Kolkata and Pune. They employ a strategic, creative, and emotionally resonant approach to build the design strategy for startups, specialising in branding design.
Responsibilities -
- Conceptualise & execute brand designs across digital & mainline platforms
- Ideate & design all aspects of branding elements - mood boards, brand bible, design direction, brand website UI/UX, tonality across platforms etc
- Front end & liaise with the client & translate their vision into brand designs, ensure timelines are met & client interactions are stream lined & efficient
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (Mid-journey/Firefly) to redefine design and creative strategy , exploring new possibilities to bring innovative design elements
- Produce creative assets including logos, static designs, templates, banners, videos, gifs, animations & visuals for branding activities across multiple channels such as web, offline collaterals, product packaging, merchandise , email campaigns, and more
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity, while staying ahead of industry trends
- Continuously improve creative strategy by studying the competition landscape for design trends & benchmarks
- Lead & mentor a team of junior designers
Good To Have -
- 3+ years experience in branding design
- Experience in leading client - interactions & teams
- Expertise in Photoshop & Illustrator & experience in After Effects/Figma.
CTC - Rs 8-10 LPA (Basis last drawn)
