Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, videos, static creatives, one-pagers, reports, and infographics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all e-learning materials by adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas aligned with current market and industry trends.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery while meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and cross-functional teams across all stages of the learning lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation).
• Create reusable design templates for scalable content development.
• Review and maintain high standards of visual and graphical quality across all deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and ongoing support.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and AI technologies.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance design quality, efficiency, and productivity.
