Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a fast, detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to support ongoing marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

This role is execution-heavy and ideal for someone who enjoys working on high-velocity campaign launches, workshops, and performance-driven marketing creatives.

Role Overview

1. You will work closely with the marketing team to create high-quality visual assets for:
2. Social media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp)
3. Paid ad creatives (static + motion)
4. Workshop & event promotions
5. Landing page graphics and hero visuals
6. Short-form marketing videos and reels
7. Brand refresh and visual identity consistency

Key Responsibilities

1. Design scroll-stopping social media posters and carousel creatives
2. Create high-converting ad visuals aligned with campaign messaging
3. Edit short-form videos (15–45 seconds) for reels and paid ads
4. Support avatar-based marketing videos using AI video tools
5. Maintain strong visual consistency across campaigns
6. Collaborate with marketing for rapid experimentation and creative iterations

Required Skills & Tools

1. You should be proficient in:
2. Canva (Pro)– advanced layouts, brand kits, resizing, campaign sets
3. Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or equivalent tools)
4. AI-assisted design tools (for rapid creative production and mockups)
5. Short-form video editing tools (CapCut / Premiere / equivalent)
6. Basic motion graphics understanding
7. Typography, layout systems, visual hierarchy

Strong understanding of:

1. Social media design trends
2. Performance marketing creative formats
3. Clean, minimal, premium visual styling
