Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who understands the world of social media beyond just making posts. You should know how to create creatives that grab attention within seconds, understand trends, build strong visual communication, and think creatively across campaigns, reels, branding, and digital content.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.

You'll work closely with strategists, content creators, video editors, and marketing teams to craft high-quality social media creatives and campaign visuals for multiple brands.

What You'll Do

• Design high-quality social media creatives, campaigns, and ad visuals
• Create visually strong Instagram posts, carousel designs, story creatives, thumbnails, and digital ads
• Understand brand tone, audience psychology, and platform trends
• Conceptualize creative ideas with the content and strategy team
• Maintain visual consistency across brands and campaigns
• Deliver creatives with speed, quality, and attention to detail
• Collaborate with video editors for reels and motion-based content
• Stay updated with modern design styles, trends, and internet culture

What We're Looking For

• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Good understanding of social media design aesthetics
• Strong typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to think creatively and execute quickly
• Experience working in a branding, advertising, or social media agency
• Ability to handle multiple brands and fast-paced workflows
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and campaigns

Bonus Advantage

• Motion Graphics knowledge (After Effects / basic animation)
• Understanding of reel design, transitions, and content pacing
• Knowledge of AI tools and modern creative workflows
