About the Role

Starzen is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills, a modern design approach, and the ability to create impactful brand and marketing creatives across digital and offline platforms.

This role requires someone who can independently manage design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing creatives for digital, social media, branding, presentations, campaigns, and print materials
• Develop engaging visual concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing strategies
• Create social media creatives, brochures, banners, pitch decks, emailers, infographics, and corporate communication materials
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and business teams to understand design requirements and campaign goals
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and overall visual language across all platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and creative practices
• Support video editing, motion graphics, or UI creatives whenever required
