Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer who can drive both design execution and communication strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to global design standards, the ability to lead a team, and experience working directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts, visual storytelling, and design strategies
- Build and implement communication strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and present creative ideas
- Create engaging designs across digital platforms (social media, branding, campaigns, etc.)
- Incorporate animation and motion graphics into design projects
- Stay updated with global design trends and apply them effectively
- Utilize AI tools for graphic design to enhance creativity and productivity
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in graphic design and visualizing
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, strategic, and branding work
- Hands-on experience in communication strategy + design strategy
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Experience in animation and motion graphics
- Exposure to international/global clients or projects
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
