Role Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support brand rollout across packaging, marketing, and sales touchpoints. The role focuses on high-quality execution and consistency across multiple SKUs and formats. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using modern design technologies and AI tools to improve speed, scalability, and output quality in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate brand guidelines into consistent visual outputs and adapt creatives across packaging and marketing collateral
- Develop templates and systems to ensure scalability across SKUs and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective design solutions
- Use AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and manage high-volume adaptations
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–5 years of experience in graphic design
- 2+ years in brand, packaging, or marketing design
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- High attention to detail and execution accuracy
- Understanding of print, retail, and digital formats
- Tech-savvy with exposure to AI-assisted design workflows
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple versions and deadlines
Industry Experience (Preferred)
- FMCG, consumer durables, electricals, or building materials
- Experience with multi-SKU, product-led businesses
Tools & Technical Exposure
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – essential
- CorelDRAW - preferred
- Knowledge of print production, dielines, and pre-press workflows
- Familiarity with AI design tools
Educational Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Relevant certifications are a plus
