Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can transform creative concepts into visually stunning designs that connect with audiences and elevate brand identity. The ideal candidate is imaginative, detail-oriented, and capable of leading design projects from concept to execution across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design creative materials for digital, social media, branding, and print campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, content, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
- Lead and guide junior designers to maintain design consistency and quality.
- Translate brand strategies into engaging visual narratives.
- Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or design environment.
- Strong Knowledge in AI PLATFORM is must.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and conceptual design work.
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand design.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
