Role Overview:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all digital and print platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to create cohesive and compelling visual stories that align with our brand vision and engage our
target audience.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and develop a consistent design language and visual style for the brand
- Create high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, social media, web, print, and product interfaces
- Lead and execute creative projects from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Academics
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets and touchpoints
- Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table
- Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and support
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types
- Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, etc.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles
- Experience in motion design and video editing is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in branding or rebranding a company
- Skills in UI/UX design
- Experience working with startups or global brands
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
