Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer at CBC, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects for a diverse range of clients across various industries. Your creative skills will be pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our clients brands and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching and visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop compelling visual content that aligns with clients brand strategies and marketing goals.
• Design engaging social media ads, infographics, banners, and other promotional materials.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into your work.
• Ensure that all design projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and provide design solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to develop innovative campaign ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. (Negotiable for the right candidate)
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
• A portfolio evidencing your diverse design work.
