Job Title: SME / PPT Designer

Grades Covered: Grade 1 to 10 (All Subjects)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven SME / PPT Designer to create high-quality, student-centric academic content for Grades 1–10.

This role requires a strong mix of subject understanding, visual design skills, and ownership mindset to deliver engaging learning experiences with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. PPT & Study Material Development

• Design engaging, conceptually strong PPTs using Canva (mandatory)
• Develop study material i.e. Chapter Learning Packs, Homework, Study Notes, and content to be uploaded in the content management system.
• Ensure content is accurate, age-appropriate, and curriculum-aligned
• Maintain consistency in design, structure, and pedagogy

2. Creative Asset Creation

• Create posters, banners, pitch decks, flyers, brochures, and infographics
• Use visuals to simplify concepts and enhance engagement

3. Collaboration

• Work with faculty and academic teams for content alignment
• Incorporate feedback and improve content quality

4. Quality & Timelines

• Perform self-QC and peer reviews
• Deliver error-free work within deadlines

Required Skills

Tools:

• Canva (must-have), MS Office, Google Workspace
• Basic AI tools usage and video editing knowledge

Preferred: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Academic & Communication:

• Basic understanding of all subjects up to Grade 10
• Ability to simplify concepts visually
• Good written and spoken English

Ownership & Work Style

• Self-driven, accountable, and proactive
• Able to work independently (no constant supervision required)
• Strong time management and multitasking

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., B.Ed., or relevant field)
• Experience in EdTech, content creation, or design
