About the Role
We are looking for a senior-level engineer who can own the entire technical lifecycle — from requirement understanding to architecture, development, validation, and deployment. This role requires working closely with AI coding tools while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and production readiness of the system.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design
- Design scalable system architecture, APIs, and database schemas
- Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Define module structure and integration patterns
- AI-Augmented Development
- Work with AI coding tools (Copilot/Claude or similar)
- Create structured prompts to generate accurate code
- Review, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs
- Full Stack Development
- Build and maintain frontend and backend applications
- Handle complex business logic and data flows
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security
- Cloud & DevOps
- Manage CI/CD pipelines
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Handle environment configurations and monitoring
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Write unit and integration tests
- Validate system outputs and edge cases
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards
- Documentation
- Maintain technical documentation, APIs, and workflows
- Create clear design and implementation guides
Qualifications
7–10 Years of experience in relevant fields.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in full stack development
- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
- Strong system design, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional programming languages and frameworks
- Knowledge of software development best practices
