Job Description

About The Role

As the Senior Analyst for the Partnership Center of Excellence (COE), you will be the lead guardian of our partnership financial data. You will report directly to the Manager of the Partnership COE and take hands-on ownership of the end-to-end reconciliation process, data validation, and contractual compliance monitoring.

This is not a traditional number-crunching role; it is an analytical position that requires you to bridge the gap between complex legal contracts and large-scale financial datasets. You will ensure that every dollar paid to our partners is accurate, documented, and compliant

What You'll Do

  • Data Validation & Reconciliation: Responsible for reconciling partner payments against internal transaction data, partner reports, and the general ledger to ensure the absolute accuracy and completeness of all partnership contracts.
  • Financial Compliance & Monitoring: Execute end-to-end financial compliance by monitoring partnership obligations against legal contracts, conducting variance analysis, and maintaining robust internal controls to ensure audit readiness and financial integrity.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and execute opportunities to streamline and automate manual workflows using SQL, advanced Excel, or BI tools to enhance the scalability and accuracy of partnership financial reporting.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain reporting capabilities to monitor partner performance, leveraging financial acumen to forecast trends and provide insights that drive working capital optimization.
  • Process Documentation: Draft and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and detailed end-to-end workflows, to support seamless operational consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to identify and implement tooling and innovation for partnership payment and compliance processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Operations with a heavy focus on data validation, reconciliation, and a deep understanding of upstream finance processes and control environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Macros to handle large data volumes and draw actionable conclusions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data validation skills and a detective mindset with the natural curiosity to investigate root causes of data discrepancies.
  • Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools such as Tableau or Power BI to translate complex data into executive-level reporting.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and senior management including hands-on expertise in preparing executive & management reporting (Gsuite/ Powerpoint/AI tools)
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment while maintaining a sharp eye for detail
