Role-FINANCIAL ANALYST
WORK HOURS-4 TO5 Hours(remote and flexible)
COMPENSATION-55K Gross per month
Project duration-3 months
Responsibilities
- Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity fir public market investing,M&A and capital raising transactions
- Prepare pitchbooks,IM(information memoranda),management presentations and client deliverables
- support due diligience processes,data room management and coordination with legal,tax and accounting advisors
- Conduct detailed industry and company research including market sizing and competitive bench marking
- Assist in deal execution tasks including preparation of investment teasers,analysis of capital raising syndication and M&A transaction documentation
- Collaborate on deal strategy formulation,client outreach and executive monitoring
- Prior experience with VC and Investment banks would be a advantage
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong quantitative financial skills
