Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy services to internal stakeholders regarding exchange and market data.
- Liaise with clients, data sources, and internal business stakeholders, providing guidance and working with internal applications and systems to ensure timely delivery of data.
- Respond proactively to exchanges and sources regarding policies, rules, and ad hoc requests.
- Track the status of approvals and regularly update stakeholders on pending items.
- Maintain all approvals in a centralized repository.
- Produce high-quality reporting outputs and contribute to client reporting initiatives.
- Advise on market data pricing models, licensing obligations, and non-standard product reviews.
- Assess the impact of policy updates on existing client entitlements and take appropriate actions.
- Conduct quality control on all work and apply effective practices to minimize errors.
- Offer value-added services across multiple business lines.
- Implement best practices across all business and product lines to support global operations efficiently and compliantly.
- Develop and maintain robust processes to support the sales cycle and client onboarding, ensuring source compliance and consistency.
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience:
- College degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Proactive approach to learning, problem identification, and resolution.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Visio knowledge preferred.
