Job Purpose Statement: Senior Finance Manager will be part of the Leadership Team and manage the complete end to endFinancefunction with all data reports, reconciliations and business analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Advise the CEO on allFinanceand Capital related matters and best practices.
- Play a critical role in making the organisation profitable.
- Develop Monthly MIS and all Data Reports on Sales, Inventory, Cash Flow. Report to Board/ Investors on all Key Operating Metrics.
- Maintain Monthly Book of Accounts: Should be able to carry out monthly closure of books of accounts on Tally.
- All Tax Related - TDS, TCS, GST, Income Tax and other related Compliances and Payments.
- Monitoring Internal controls on all costs as per Budgets allocated.
- FinancialReporting: Sending period MIS/ Reports offinancialstatements to all the stakeholders of the company.
- Cash Flow Reporting: Should be able to track and send reports for the Cash Flow of the company along with deviation analysis.
- Working Capital Management - Manage the mix of Debt and Equity. Payment to all Vendors and monitor cash flows.
- Negotiations with Vendors on Costs.
- All Matters related to Funding, Diligence and Debts.
- Reconciliations for all Sales, Payables and Receivables.
- Payroll and Employee reimbursements, depreciation, and accruals.
Knowledge and Criteria Required:
- Must be a qualifiedChartered Accountantwith 5-7 relevant experience post-qualifying.
- Strong working knowledge offinancial, operational,andsystems auditingtechniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication, report drafting, presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge ofTally, MS Excelis required.
- D2C Brands or Digital EcoSystem Finance Professional preferred
