About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to join our finance

team as a Senior Finance Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial

planning, budgeting, reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will partner closely with

cross-functional teams-including business, operations, and leadership to provide data-driven

insights and enable sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  
  

○ Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and monthly

variance analysis.

○ Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business scenarios and

investment decisions.

○ Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, identifying trends and areas of improvement.

○ Own P&L tracking and performance monitoring across business units.

• Management Reporting
  
  

○ Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, dashboards, MIS and management

reports.

• Business Finance & Decision Support
  
  

○ Act as a business partner to departments like sales, operations, and product teams.

○ Evaluate new business opportunities, pricing models, and cost structures.

○ Support strategic initiatives such as new market entry, product launches, and M&A

due diligence.

• Governance, Compliance & Internal Controls
  
  

○ Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal

policies.

○ Work closely with auditors during internal/external audits.

○ Maintain strong documentation and support risk mitigation across finance

operations.

• Payroll Management
  
  

○ Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.

○ Ensure timely and compliant payroll execution for all employees.

○ Administer payroll operations, ensuring precision and adherence to statutory

requirements.

○ Manage payroll cycles, including salary disbursements, tax deductions, and

reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or CFA (Level II/III) is highly desirable.
• 5–6 years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or controllership roles.
• Hands-on experience with financial systems and tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SAP, Oracle,
  
  

NetSuite, Power BI, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic business environment.
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience in high-growth startups, SaaS, fintech, or ecommerce sectors.
• Exposure to international accounting standards and cross-border compliance
