Job Summary

• The Account Executive is primarily responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting budgeting and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals
• Prepare financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (e.g., GST, TDS) and handle filings
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when needed

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4-8 Years of experience
• Proficiency on ERPs like SAP, Microsoft, Oracle
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Should be from the Corporate Catering industry.
