URGENT HIRING - Executive Position

Profile: Leading Consultancy Firm specializing in Import-Export & Trade Compliance

Location: Mahim, Mumbai

(Office right in front of Matunga Road Station - very convenient by local train)

Position: Senior Executive Legal and Compliance

We are looking for 1 experienced Male / Female candidate who can join immediately.

What we need:

Worked in Consultancy Firm

Good knowledge of Customs procedures, Import & Export documentation

GST and Indirect Taxations

Understanding of Special Economic Zone (SEZ) - will be a big plus

Known of Foreign Trade Policy- will be a big plus

Know of MOOWRS, EOU.

Knowledge of Customs and SEZ Documentation

Coordinated With Customs Officers.

Known with the process of SEZ rules Regulations and customs.

Strong drafting skills (letters, applications, reports, etc.)

Excellent command over MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint + Al tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)

Ready to handle full office administration & back-office work

Job Role:

Day-to-day office administration & back-office operations

Drafting & preparation of Legal Government related documents

Assisting in consultancy projects related to customs & SEZ

General coordination and executive support

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in similar field (SEZS/ Customs/Consultancy preferred)

Salary: Best in the industry as per experience & interview

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
