Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own and drive end-to-end hiring for Non-IT roles across business operations, sales, services, HR, finance, supply chain, and facility management. This role requires building robust talent pipelines, supporting business growth through proactive sourcing, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in line with Gamlaa's values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-tech positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and deliver on workforce planning. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Proactively engage passive candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes. • Maintain accurate recruitment data and dashboards for reporting and compliance. Build and nurture relationships with external staffing partners.

• Champion employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree; specialization in HR, Business, or related field strongly preferred.

• 3+ years proven experience in non-tech talent acquisition, ideally within facilities services, landscaping, FMCG, retail, hospitality, or service sectors.

• Strong exposure to bulk and middle-management hiring, assessment techniques, and recruitment tools/ATS.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. High proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms.

• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
