Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform validation, reconciliation, and audit of employee data; implement data governance practices.
  • Manage onboarding and employee transactions within HRIS.
  • Coordinate with global HR, finance, and technology teams on employee data and system enhancements.
  • Create and maintain SOPs; identify process improvement areas.
  • Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or data management.
  • Proficient in SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HCM systems.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, virtually, and in a team environment.
