Junior Executive _TA

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive - Talent Acquisition (TA) to join our HR team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to support our company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to attract potential candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
