Senior Executive TA (Model Risk and Quant)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring for critical roles , Model risk and Quant roles . This role will require close collaboration with business leaders to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Hiring Ownership:
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and market mapping.

Expertise:

  • Understand functional nuances and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assessments, and interview processes.
  • Stay updated on evolving tech stacks and source talent accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver timely closures.
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the CRISIL brand effectively in all candidate interactions.
  • Process & Systems Management:
  • Utilize ATS and sourcing tools effectively to manage workflows, candidate data, and reporting.
  • Maintain recruitment SLAs, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance in all hiring actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 11+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple parallel hiring mandates
