Senior Executive

Preventive Maintenance Planning and Execution

• Plan and execute the maintenance activity required for ensuring appropriate maintenance of the plant equipment for Oral Solid Dosage equipments.
• Coordinate with vendors for scheduling AMC of equipments
  

Breakdown and Root Cause analysis

• Carrying out root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
• Support breakdowns as and when necessary
  

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain and update preventive maintenance checklists, history cards of equipment as per TPM philosophy
• Ensure that there are no deviation and downtime due to inappropriate maintenance of the equipment.
  

Spare Management

• Monitor and control inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance tools
• Coordinate with procurement team for timely procurement of spares and services
  

Coordination and Team Management

• Guide and supervise technicians during maintenance activities
• Ensuring works are executed in safe manner during maintenance jobs
• Coordinate with production teams for planned downtime for scheduling preventive maintenance jobs
  

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

• BE/ B Tech- Electrical / Instruments/ Electronic/ Mechanical.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical machine maintenance (e.g. RMG, FBD, Blenders, Compression machine, coaters, sifters, packing lines, etc)
• Trouble shooting and problem solving ability in engineering
• Good planning skills for scheduling and critical spares management
  
  

Additional Notes

• He is expected to work in all shifts.
• Should support Thane/ Satara site during emergency.
• Exposure to TPM philosophy is preferred but not mandatory
• Should have actually worked on preventive maintenance and it should not be documentary maintenace
