Dosage Form
Hands on experience are essential in maintenance of Oral Solid dosage equipment. And calibration as well as QMS activity.
Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
- Supervision of calibration activity form instruments and equipment and maintenance calibration schedule
- Initiate mapping for the storage area and maintain mapping schedule.
- Program and maintain variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo motors, encoders, and microcontroller-based control systems.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of field instruments including sensors, encoders, and control loops, as well as systems involving electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and utilities.
- Execute maintenance activities across departments including manufacturing, packing, nasal formulation, warehouse, quality control, microbiology, uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
- Maintain equipment analyze equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance and timely execution of daily maintenance tasks, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and related documentation.
- Plan and implement equipment modifications, retrofitting, refurbishment, and plant renovation activities to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Execute and document calibration activities such as balance calibration and stamping, area mapping studies, and instrument calibration as per schedule.
- Support equipment qualification processes (IQ, OQ, PQ), manage QMS documentation including change controls, deviations, and validations.
- Train team members on SOPs, preventive maintenance practices, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
- Ensure audit readiness, compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards, coordinate with vendors and internal departments, and supervise shift technicians for timely issue resolution.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
- BE - Electrical / Instruments/ Electronic/ Mechanical
- Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting and calibration activity.of all equipment used in OSD plant.
- Expected to follow all safety procedures while executing the role.
- Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting special purpose machine instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic system.

- Role is expected to work as per work requirement.
- Expected to support other Rubicon sites during emergencies.
- Maintenance of daily Routine shift engineering jobs and ensure corrective and preventive actions to avoid downtime of equipment's.
