Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a Senior Executive Reservations based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing reservations efficiently, handling booking inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date availability across booking platforms, optimizing room allocation, and coordinating with on-ground teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. The candidate will assist in resolving guest inquiries, ensure proper documentation of bookings, and build relationships with travel partners and agents to maximize occupancy rates. Reporting and analyzing booking trends will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reservation software and systems, along with experience in handling online booking platforms.
• Customer service and communication skills to address guest inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Data analysis and organizational skills for reporting, record-keeping, and optimizing occupancy.
• Ability to collaborate with on-ground teams and external travel agents to maintain a smooth reservation process.
• Experience in hospitality or the travel industry and familiarity with eco-tourism and boutique hospitality are advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
