Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Attraction: Develop strategies, post jobs, use social media (LinkedIn), networks, and events to find candidates.
• Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, interview candidates, assess qualifications.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define roles, understand needs, and provide market insights.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure positive interactions and act as a brand ambassador.
• ATS & Data: Maintain accurate data in the ATS, track metrics (time-to-fill), and report on recruitment efforts.
• Pipeline Building: Nurture relationships with potential candidates for future openings.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, often with an ATS.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (often preferred).
• BPO hiring experience will be a plus
