Job Description

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our hiring function. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, leading a team of recruiters, and driving strategic hiring initiatives aligned with business goals. You will work closely with

leadership and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and ensure high-quality and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and levels.
  • Drive Non-IT hiring (mid to senior level roles) for niche and leadership hiring across business functions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and improve performance.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build hiring strategies.
  • Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and employer branding across all hiring stages.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, CV-to-offer, and offer-to-join ratio.
  • Build and manage recruitment dashboards and MIS reports for leadership tracking.
  • Conduct interviews and support final decision-making for key roles.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams for smooth onboarding and stakeholder alignment.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes and adopt best practices in talent acquisition.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1–2 years in a team handling/lead role.
  • Strong experience in Non-IT hiring (mid to senior level roles); exposure to niche and leadership hiring is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret hiring data and drive insights.
  • Hands-on experience in building and managing recruitment dashboards and reports.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience with ATS tools and recruitment reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
