Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced BFSI Recruiter with strong expertise in US Staffing within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and placing BFSI professionals for US clients and must be proficient in using JobDiva for candidate management and recruitment workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for BFSI roles across the US market.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Utilize JobDiva ATS for candidate sourcing, tracking, and submission management.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of BFSI professionals including risk, compliance, banking operations, financial analysts, and related roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, technical evaluation, and behavioral interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions for client requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and activity logs in JobDiva.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of US staffing experience, specifically in the BFSI domain.
- Strong understanding of banking, financial services, insurance, and financial technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with JobDiva (mandatory).
- Proven experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US recruitment environment.
