Serturner is looking for a driven Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement of surgical consumables and medical devices across our operations. This role is critical to ensuring cost efficiency, quality control, and zero stock-outs in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for surgicals & devices
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts to optimize costs
- Ensure procurement meets quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Plan and maintain inventory levels (min/max, reorder points)
- Coordinate closely with medical and operations teams for demand planning
- Track orders, deliveries, GRNs, and resolve supply issues proactively
- Monitor vendor performance and build reliable supplier relationships
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in medical/surgical procurement (hospital, clinic, or veterinary setup)
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
- Good understanding of surgical consumables & medical devices
- Comfortable with inventory systems/Excel (Zoho experience is a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
