Job Title: Sr. Public Relations Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Public Relations Executive with 2-3 years of experience in handling education PR in corporate PR to become a key member of our team. The successful candidate will manage daily media relations, create strategic communication materials, and support PR campaigns to strengthen our client image and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Relations: Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to ensure coverage and address media inquiries.
- Content Creation: Develop press releases, articles, speeches, newsletters, and other communication materials that align with the brand's objectives.
- Campaign Planning: The candidate should be able come up with creative ideas that can be implemented!
- Campaign Management: Assist in the rollout of PR campaigns, including product launches, CSR initiatives, and corporate events.
- Crisis Management: Aid in communication strategies during crises to preserve the company's reputation.
- Media Monitoring: Monitor media coverage, gather media clippings, and prepare regular updates on PR activities.
- Social Media Coordination: Work alongside the social media team to align PR activities with social media strategies.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and promote press conferences, trade shows, and other corporate functions.
- Client Liaison: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their communication needs and ensure effective execution of PR strategies.
- Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform PR strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in corporate public relations.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting engaging content for varied audiences.
- Media Savvy: Solid understanding of the media landscape and experience interacting with journalists and influencers.
- Organization: Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
- Creativity: Talent for generating original ideas and thinking creatively to design impactful PR campaigns.
- Team Player: Proficient in collaborating with colleagues and clients.
- Crisis Management: Basic management knowledge and effective communication during challenging times.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiar with media monitoring tools and platforms like Meltwater, Cision, or similar software.
- Software skills: The candidate should be strong in Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an agency setting or with multiple clients.
- Understanding of digital PR and various social media platforms.
