Senior PR Executive / Account Manager

We are looking for aSenior PR Executive and Account Managerwho will be responsible to assist the team in campaign execution, media outreach and client servicing across sectors.
Location:Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Function as the primary POC to clients, managing daily aspects of their PR programs.
- Develop and execute media relations strategies, securing high-impact placements across print, broadcast, and digital media.
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
- Maintain Media lists for various sectors.
- Draft, edit, and oversee content including media pitches, press releases, thought leadership articles, and case studies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report PR results to clients with a strong focus on data-driven insights.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
- Create and Lead campaigns across PR and Digital platforms
- Mentor and collaborate withJr. AEs and interns across locations
- Strong, hands-on beat knowledge across Technology, BFSI, Infrastructure, and Consumer segments would be an added advantage.
- Manage all aspects of the PR campaign with minimal supervision, while meeting defined KPIs and client expectations.
- Ability to deliver work within tight timelines and handle quick turnarounds efficiently.
What we are looking for
- 2 to 5 years of agency experience in PR, with proven work in client servicing and media relations
- Strong media relations expertise, complemented by a solid understanding of digital, social, and influencer ecosystems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to going the extra mile.
- Ability to think critically, extract insights, and shape impactful PR stories.
- Ability to quickly grasp briefs and execute plans effectively.
- Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will be considered for PR executive role.
- Only Candidates with prior PR agency experience will be shortlisted.
- Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications or equivalent experience.
