Job Scope:
Manage warehouse operations and deliver high service levels to ensure that the team meets results in line with customer-agreed SLAs,in accordance withnetwork procedures and defined standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch management as per standard operating procedures.
- Serve as the single point of contact for day-to-day coordination with customers.
- Monitor warehouse activities and take necessary actions to achieve company targets and standards.
- Plan and implement strategies for service improvement and performance TAT while managing costs.
- Initiate proactive management to anticipate customer requirements.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, monthly wall-to-wall counts, and stock reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy.
- Introduce Continuous Improvement Programs in line with the growing scope of work.
- Analyse financial data and correlate it with operational performance.
- Manage operations in a high-pressure environment with demands from internal and external customers.
- Lead all aspects of operation planning, including problem management related to warehousing and transportation.
- Administer warehouse staff and contractors, including job allocation for efficient operations.
- Control and monitor management roles and responsibilities of the operation team.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports.
- Analyse periodic KPI reports and review with customers for corrective actions.
- Conduct performance reviews of staff against KPIs and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee training, development, and motivation of the team.
- Maintain facility upkeep and ensure safety and SHE compliance.
- Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with customers and management.
Experience: 3 - 5 Years.
Qualification: Any graduate.
