Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Operations with strong hands-on expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central and end-to-end marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, inventory accuracy, and account health while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on Amazon, including creation, optimization, content accuracy, attributes, and compliance
- Handle Amazon Seller Support cases, follow-ups, and escalations to ensure timely resolution
- Create consignments, manage stock in warding, and perform regular inventory reconciliation
- Monitor account health metrics, policy notifications, suppressed listings, and stranded inventory
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, catalog, and sales) for smooth order processing and inventory flow
- Track operational KPIs and prepare regular reports related to inventory, orders, and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including FBA and FBM operations
- Experience in inventory planning, stock management, and operational reporting
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel for reporting, inventory tracking, and data analysis
- Strong communication and coordination skills
