Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end B2C shipment operations. The role involves monitoring shipment performance, coordinating with logistics partners, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring a seamless customer delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment Monitoring & Execution

• Monitor and track daily shipments, including failed, delayed, and RTO (Return to Origin) orders

• Ensure timely status updates and proactive intervention to minimize delivery delays

• Maintain visibility on shipment lifecycle from dispatch to delivery

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics partners such as Shiprocket and Prozo for shipment processing and issue resolution

• Raise tickets for delivery failures, reattempts, and escalations

• Manage shipment scheduling, address corrections, and delivery rescheduling

Issue Resolution & Escalations

• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related queries

• Handle escalations related to delayed, lost, damaged, or undelivered shipments

• Raise claims with courier partners and ensure timely closure

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve dispatch delays, inventory mismatches, and packaging issues

• Ensure alignment between dispatch readiness and delivery timelines

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain accurate shipment records and dashboards

• Track SLAs, TAT, and courier performance

• Follow up on pending cases to improve delivery timelines and customer satisfaction

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of B2C logistics and last-mile delivery operations

• Experience with logistics aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, Prozo)

• Strong problem-solving and escalation handling skills

• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management

• Attention to detail and data tracking proficiency

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in B2C logistics / e-commerce operations

Mandatory Requirement

Proficiency in Hindi (spoken and understood) is mandatory (Required for coordination with courier partners, delivery personnel, and cross-regional stakeholders)

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in D2C / e-commerce brands

• Familiarity with courier partners and last-mile delivery networks

• Strong communication and follow-up skills
