Job Summary

The HR & Operations Executive will manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. This role encompasses HR management, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training, and reporting. The position supports both local and global office requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including resume screening, telephonic interviews, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain HR records for payroll, insurance, benefits, and appraisals
  • Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, income tax, and labor law regulations
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities like onboarding, induction, performance appraisals, exits, and full & final settlements
  • Address employee grievances, conduct exit interviews, and ensure workplace safety
  • Coordinate welfare activities and community programs
  • Support salary processing, travel reimbursements, bonus, and leave encashment
  • Manage training needs for new and existing employees
  • Maintain and update employee master database and communication channels
  • Liaise with government agencies for license renewals and compliance filings
  • Prepare HR reports, budget inputs, compensation benchmarking, and asset tracking
