Job Description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets and support management reviews.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including preparation of documents, coordination of meetings, and follow-up on action items.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate operational and administrative requirements of the Sales team.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Leisure Trade partners, managing enquiries and providing support when Sales Managers are on sales calls or business trips.
  • Manage procurement of corporate merchandise and departmental requirements, including the raising and tracking of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Monitor and respond to enquiries received through the department's general email account, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor arrangements, and on-site support for major events, trade shows, and sales activities.
  • Support special projects and undertake other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the tourism, attractions, hospitality, or travel industry.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in preparing sales reports, market analysis, and business performance insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
  • Pleasant, positive, and customer-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required to support familiarisation trips, events, and business activities.
