You will be part of the Quality, Safety & Risk Management team to plan, implement and evaluate organisation-wide Patient Safety and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives. You will facilitate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities by working closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders across departments, analyse patient safety data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of patient safety and risk management initiatives across the organisation. You will also coordinate patient safety and ERM education and awareness activities.
In addition, you will undertake other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervising Officer or Head of Department.
Job Requirements
Degree Holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment preferably.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills for multi-stakeholder engagement.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications experience with digital technologies, data visualisation or artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled solutions will be an advantage.
