Roles & Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage employee joining and exit formalities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle:
- Hiring – Onboarding – Confirmation – Exit
- Maintain employee personal files and HR database.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
- Maintain HR documentation and records.
2. Payroll & Compensation Management
- Handle end – to – end payroll:
- Attendance, OT, deductions, reimbursements
- Ensure 100% accurate and timely salary processing
- Manage statutory components (PF, ESIC, PT, etc)
- Handle F&F Settlements
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Manage full recruitment cycle:
- Source – Screening – Interviews – Offer rollout
- Maintain a candidate database as a backup for critical positions.
- Maintain a relationship with ITIs & IGTR for potential recruitment
- Develop new labor contractors
4. Attendance & Leave Management
- Track daily employee attendance.
- Maintain leave records and attendance registers.
- Prepare a monthly attendance summary for payroll processing.
- Monitor records of late-coming, early-going, and absenteeism.
5. HR Compliance Support
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws
- PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.
- Maintain statutory registers and employee records.
- Maintain documentation related to contract labor.
- Coordinate with consultants/auditors when required
6. Employee Support
- Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, and HR policies.
- Support training and employee engagement activities.
7. Strategy, KPI & Performance Management
- Design and implement KPI & KRA framework for all departments and roles
- Drive performance management system:
- Goal setting
- Periodic reviews
- Appraisal
- Align Individual performance with company objectives
- Continuously improve productivity through structured HR systems
8. MIS Reports
- Prepare and share regular MIS reports with management, including:
- Attendance & absenteeism trends
- Manpower status
- Recruitment pipeline
- Attrition analysis
- Payroll summaries
- Provide data-driven insights for decision-making
9. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives:
- Events, feedback systems, retention activities
- Build a performance-driven culture
Administrative Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Maintain office records and administrative documentation.
Travel Management
- Book domestic & international travel tickets.
- Arrange hotel accommodation.
- Coordinate visa documentation.
- Maintain travel expense records.
Facility Management
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and office maintenance.
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the office and factory premises.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of office facilities.
Vendor & Service Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, housekeeping, and services.
- Monitor service quality and maintain vendor records.
- Handle AMC contracts (AC, DG set, elevators, etc.).
- Coordinate with utility vendors (electricity, internet).
Asset Management
- Maintain records of office assets such as laptops, furniture, and equipment.
- Track asset allocation to employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Commerce
- MBA in HR preferred
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations or administration
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

- Basic understanding of labor laws

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and office software
