Senior Executive Human Resources

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

New Fabrics Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is one of Rajasthan's leading manufacturers of PP Woven Bags & Fabrics, serving major cement, fertilizer, and industrial customers across India and overseas. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to strengthen our growing manufacturing operations.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Professional to lead end-to-end HR operations for our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, industrial relations, employee engagement, and factory HR administration.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, staff, and managerial positions.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
• Process monthly payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, statutory deductions, and Full & Final settlements.
• Liaise with government authorities and coordinate statutory inspections and audits.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and conflict resolution.
• Drive performance management, probation reviews, appraisals, and increment processes.
• Prepare HRMIS, manpower reports, payroll reports, attrition analysis, and management dashboards.
• Implement employee welfare initiatives, engagement programs, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while fostering a positive and disciplined work culture.

• MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Compliance, PF, ESIC, Payroll, and Industrial Relations.
• Experience handling a workforce of 500+ employees will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll software, and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
