About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), recruitment, and daily HR activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, hands-on payroll experience, and excellent people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct HR rounds
- Manage offer letters, onboarding, and induction programs
Employee Engagement & Support
- Support employee engagement activities and office celebrations
- Assist in performance review coordination and feedback process
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes
- Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture
Performance Management & Review Support
- Support probation confirmation, mid-year, and annual appraisal cycles
- Coordinate goal setting, reviews, and feedback documentation
- Maintain performance management system (PMS) records
- Ensure timely completion of reviews and MIS reporting
- Assist managers in performance-related documentation and processes
Payroll & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory compliances
- Ensure timely filing of returns and coordination with consultants
- Manage payroll audits and statutory inspections
- Handle full & final settlements, gratuity, and leave encashment
HR Operations (Day-to-Day HR)
- Manage attendance, leave, and shift records through HRMS
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, etc.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and HR queries
- Support policy implementation and HR process improvements
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, MBA-HR preferred
- 36 years of experience in HR Operations & Payroll
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor laws, and payroll processing
- Experience with HRMS / Payroll software (Zoho People preferred)
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
