Role Overview
Noon Payments is a leading payment solutions provider in the Middle East, offering innovative and secure payment processing services to businesses of all sizes. We strive to empower merchants by providing them with cutting-edge technology to manage and grow their businesses efficiently.
The Senior Executive will manage daily operations for cobranded card and BNPL programs, with a focus on invoicing, financial tracking, and partner coordination. The role involves working closely with finance, legal, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, timely payouts, and agreement management. It also includes monitoring program performance, reconciling partner data, and supporting new launches and ongoing partnership operations.
Key Responsibilities
1.Business: Cobranded Cards
Track: Program management & Invoicing
- Coordinate with finance teams to raise invoices for each of the cobranded card programs as per respective cycles for cashback, discount, billing of benefits
- Scheme invoice billing (basis the incentive payout schedule)
- Track receivables & payables with finance on a monthly basis & ensure minimal outstanding %
- Track and share updated MID lists with respective banks for cashback posting
- Coordinate with legal teams (noon & the partner) to close out on campaign agreements & track renewals of agreements
- Monitor key program metrics on a regular basis (card acquisition and engagement across noon platforms) and highlight issues if any
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders & banks to follow up on assets for new product launches, tactical campaigns & ensure end-to-end campaign execution
2.Business: 3rd party consumer financing & BNPL partners
Track: Program Management / Invoicing
- Track monthly volumes with finance and reconcile with partner data
- Share invoices with the partner for receipt of incentive payouts
- Track program performance with partners and coordinate with the partner/internal noon teams for regular program management (legal/growth/finance)
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate / Graduate from a Tier 1 institute.
- 5- 6 years of prior experience in managing credit card offers, campaign execution.
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders across product/tech, finance, marketing, legal teams is a must.
- Experience in banking, consumer lending, e-commerce/retail is required.
