Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Senior Executive Learning & Development to support the design, implementation, and management of training and development programs across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities, supporting leadership development, and driving continuous learning initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs for employees across departments.
- Identify learning needs through training needs analysis (TNA).
- Design and develop training modules, learning materials, and assessments.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Learning Content Development
- Create engaging learning content including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop technical and soft skills training.
- Maintain training documentation and learning resources.
Learning Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Coordinate internal and external training facilitators.
- Ensure effective training delivery through feedback and assessments.
Performance & Development Support
- Support leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
- Monitor and track training effectiveness and employee participation.
- Maintain training records and reports.
Learning Technology & Reporting
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training data.
- Generate reports on training participation, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Support digital learning initiatives and e-learning platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 47 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
- Experience in training coordination, content development, and facilitation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Preferred Skills
- Instructional design knowledge.
- Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
