Serve as the brand custodian for Colors Marathi, overseeing marketing strategy for all shows.
Independently manage show launches and sustenance campaigns from consumer insights, creative briefs, multimedia planning, to budget oversight.
Campaign Execution & Media Management:
Drive channel reach, viewership, and share goals through innovative ATL and BTL initiatives.
Build digital buzz across social platforms, JioCinema/Hotstar, and the channel website.
Create pre-launch sales decks, post-launch evaluation reports, and award case studies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams (Sales, Research, Programming, Digital, Corporate) and external stakeholders (agencies, vendors, media partners) for seamless campaign execution.
Identify opportunities for cross-functional integrations and brand partnerships that amplify campaign impact.
Insights & Strategy:
Conduct consumer immersions, content-feedback groups, and market visits to inform marketing strategy.
Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
