We are looking for a dynamic Advertiser Growth Executive who will be responsible for managing campaign performance, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth through optimization and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize advertiser campaigns on a daily basis to ensure performance targets are met

  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as conversions, ROI, EPC, and identify optimization opportunities

  • Share daily/weekly performance reports and highlight critical issues proactively
  • Work closely with internal teams (Affiliate, Tech, Network Ops) for smooth campaign execution
  • Maintain campaign hygiene including tracking links, creatives, and offer updates
  • Build strong relationships with advertisers through regular communication and servicing
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to revenue scaling
  • Assist in upgrading advertisers from starter to high-performing (Pro) accounts
  • Maintain proper documentation and update CRM/tools for all campaign activities

Requirements

  • Strong campaign knowledge and management experience

  • Excellent client relationship management

  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Effective collaboration and teamwork
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), excel and presentation skills.
  • Core Affiliate Industry/Performance Marketing Experience.
  • Working knowledge of HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, and other Tracking Platforms.
