Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Advertiser Growth Manager to enhance campaign revenue and advertiser satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel in campaign management, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth (30%): Achieve 20% QoQ revenue growth from existing campaigns through optimizations.

  • Campaign Briefing (30%): Complete 100% of campaign briefings within 24 hours of handover from Advertiser Sales.

  • Collaboration (20%): Ensure 95% of handovers with Affiliate Growth and Tech Solutions are completed within 48 hours.

  • Performance Reporting (10%): Provide weekly reports with 100% accuracy on performance metrics.

  • Advertiser Retention (10%): Retain 90% of high-value advertisers with a 90%+ satisfaction score.



Requirements

  • Strong campaign knowledge and management experience

  • Excellent client relationship management

  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Effective collaboration and teamwork
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), excel and presentation skills.
  • Core Affiliate Industry/Performance Marketing Experience.
  • Working knowledge of HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, and other Tracking Platforms.
