Collaboration (20%): Ensure 95% of handovers with Affiliate Growth and Tech Solutions are completed within 48 hours.
Performance Reporting (10%): Provide weekly reports with 100% accuracy on performance metrics.
Advertiser Retention (10%): Retain 90% of high-value advertisers with a 90%+ satisfaction score.
